It runs on Exchange Online server. In this blog, I am going to discuss the ways to import PST mailbox items to office 365 without using the Microsoft Outlook.

Method 1: Export PST mailbox in Exchange Online with the Admin Portal
Step 1: Login to o365 Admin account. Click on the Setup icon–>Data Migration.
Step 2: Then go to Upload PST file–>Import new job. Type the name of the job and hit on Next.
Step 3: Choose Upload your data and click Next. A new page will open.
Step 4: Click on Show Network Upload SAS URL, copy the link. Click on Download Azure AzCopy, it will let you download the tool. Install it and Run it as an Administrator.
Step 5: Execute the given command where you need to write the network path of PST file which you want to move to the cloud platform. Also, the copied SAS URL and the destination location for the log file.
AzCopy.exe /Source: network path /Dest:”SAS URL” /V: give a location where you want to save log file \AzCopy.log /Y
Step 6: After executing the command, tick both the options require to map the file and click Next.
Step 7: Create the CSV file in the given format and save it to .csv. Click on Select mapping file–>Validate–> Save. The PST file migrated to Office 365 mailbox.
Method 2: Transfer Outlook PST mailbox data into o365 using the Third-Party
The manual method requires a lot of time to move data. Therefore, many organizations preferring the software to make the conversion process faster and to save their valuable time.
