Manage Aroma Therapy With A Smartphone Or Tablet

Another company we will be visiting at CES is Aroma Therapeutics.  Their product, AromaCare is the first WiFi connected diffuser. It allows the user to wirelessly control aromatherapy sessions, from a mobile device. You can manage an unlimited number of diffusers with the app by scheduling different programs throughout the day.  You can change the intensity of a diffusion, and see the percentage contained in each capsule and receive an automatic alert when a capsule is empty. The AromaCare app allows the user to determine everything about their aromatherapy session, including its length, which blends to use, and intensity.

AromaCare uses essential oil capsules for personal aroma therapy that’s managed through your smartphone or tablet.  You can easily program a daily or nightly aroma tonic. Aroma intensity can be modulated to wake you up!  An assortment of 20-minute programs and recipes are available for respiratory troubles, to release anxiety or memory stimulation.

The capsules utilize an RFID tag which allows the AromaCare to recognize what‘s inside a capsule. RFID helps to avoid counterfeit capsules.

Aroma Therapeutics crafted six different blends, each of which is designed to treat six different personal conditions. Each developed for health and wellness and tested in hospitals and research centers across France. Existing recipes include:

  • Sleep #5
  • Calm #19
  • Tonic #6
  • Memory #4
  • Breath #21
  • Apnea #8

Aroma blends are currently undergoing clinical studies for specific disturbances. Aroma Therapeutics is focused on the perfect blend for pharmaceutical priorities to respond to a user’s needs. Each capsule is made of biopolymer that is biodegradable.

AromaCare is in its final stages of testing. A market-ready AromaCare prototype will be unveiled at CES.  Visitors will experience the simplicity of operating AromaCare as well as its soothing effects and benefits.

You can find out more about AromaCare here, or if you will be attending CES between January 6th and 9th at their booth #80939 in the Eureka Park Marketplace, Hall G, at the Sands Expo Center.
